This Refund Policy outlines the conditions relating to ticket purchases, merchandise, and event cancellations for Blackout Frequency events and services.

By purchasing tickets, merchandise, or other products through Blackout Frequency or affiliated ticketing providers, you agree to this policy.

1. Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law or specifically stated for a particular event.

Please review event details carefully before purchasing tickets, including:

  • Date

  • Venue

  • Age restrictions

  • Lineup information

  • Event conditions

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Inability to attend

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Transportation or accommodation issues

  • Late arrival or refusal of entry due to intoxication or misconduct

2. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by Blackout Frequency, ticket holders will be notified through the ticketing provider and/or official communication channels.

In the event of cancellation:

  • Refunds may be issued through the original ticketing provider

  • Processing times may vary depending on the provider

  • Booking fees or third-party transaction fees may not always be refundable

Tickets purchased through third-party platforms such as Humanitix are also subject to that platform’s policies and procedures.

3. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

  • Existing tickets will generally remain valid for the new date

  • Refund requests may be considered within a specified timeframe announced after the reschedule notice

Failure to attend the rescheduled date after this period may not qualify for a refund.

4. Lineup & Venue Changes

Event details including:

  • Artist lineups

  • Set times

  • Venue layouts

  • Supporting acts

  • Production elements

may change without prior notice.

Such changes do not automatically qualify for refunds.

No refunds will be issued in these situations.
